Overview
We want you to be satisfied with VoiceFans.ai. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
Subscriptions
All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe to a creator's AI persona, you gain immediate access to the service and your messages can be used right away.
However, we will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged due to a technical error on our platform
- The creator's persona was removed or made unavailable within 48 hours of your purchase
- This is your first-ever subscription on VoiceFans.ai and you request a refund within 24 hours of your first payment without having used more than 10 messages
Refunds are not available for:
- Dissatisfaction with AI response quality (we offer free messages to trial before subscribing)
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Partial month usage after cancellation (access continues until period end)
Message Top-Ups
Top-up purchases ($2.99 for 50 messages) are non-refundable once messages have been added to your account. If a top-up fails to credit messages due to a technical error, contact us immediately for a correction or refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@voicefans.ai with:
- Your account email address
- The creator you subscribed to
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank for a legitimate charge, your account will be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
