Privacy Policy

VoiceFans.ai (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

Account data: email address, name, profile picture (optional), and account role (user or creator).

Usage data: messages sent, creators subscribed to, message counts, and subscription history.

Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer IDs and subscription status — never raw card numbers.

Conversation data: your chat messages with AI personas are stored to provide conversation history and to improve AI memory of your preferences.

Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and anonymous session tracking), browser user agent, and approximate location derived from IP.

• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• To enforce message limits and prevent abuse
• To send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, invoices, payment failures)
• To improve AI persona responses and memory for returning users
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and terms violations
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Creators cannot see the identities of users who chat with their AI persona, nor can they read individual user conversations. Creators see only aggregate statistics (subscriber count, total messages, revenue).

We share your data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI — your chat messages are sent to OpenAI APIs to generate responses. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery.
• Supabase — for database and authentication infrastructure.
• Law enforcement — if required by valid legal process.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is retained indefinitely to provide continuity of AI memory. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Anonymous usage data (used to track free message limits for non-logged-in users) is stored for 30 days and then automatically purged.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate personal data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain processing activities

We use essential cookies for authentication (managed by Supabase). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings in your browser, though disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from logging in.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, database row-level security, and service role key separation. Passwords are never stored — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. We conduct regular security reviews.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
