VoiceFans.ai is a professional AI persona marketplace for coaches, mentors, educators, and domain experts. This Content Policy defines what is permitted on the platform to ensure a safe, high-quality experience for all users.

Creator personas may cover any legitimate professional domain, including:

• Business and entrepreneurship coaching
• Financial literacy and investment education
• Fitness, nutrition, and wellness guidance
• Real estate education and investing
• Life coaching and personal development
• Technical and professional skills training
• Language learning and educational tutoring
• Creative arts and skills coaching

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

Illegal content:

• Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Content that facilitates illegal activities
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context

Harmful content:

• Directing users to engage in self-harm or harm to others
• Providing specific instructions for creating weapons or dangerous substances
• Encouraging eating disorders or dangerous health practices
• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics

Deceptive content:

• Impersonating real, identifiable public figures without clear satirical intent
• Making false claims about qualifications or credentials
• Providing deliberately misleading financial, medical, or legal advice
• Cryptocurrency or investment schemes without proper disclaimers

Adult content:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind
• Content of a sexually suggestive nature

Spam and manipulation:

• Automated access or scraping without permission
• Coordinated attempts to manipulate platform metrics
• Unsolicited commercial messaging through the chat system

Creators are responsible for the guidance provided through their AI persona. This includes:

• Including appropriate disclaimers for regulated domains (finance, health, law)
• Not instructing the AI to provide professional advice without qualification caveats
• Keeping persona knowledge current and accurate to the best of their ability
• Responding promptly to reported content issues

VoiceFans.ai reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates this policy without notice
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts for policy violations
• Withhold payments pending investigation of reported violations
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Violations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats) result in immediate permanent termination and law enforcement referral.

To report a content policy violation, use the "Report" button on any creator page, or email safety@voicefans.ai. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

If your creator account was suspended and you believe it was in error, email appeals@voicefans.ai with your account details and explanation. We review all appeals within 5 business days.
